New to Venues?
The Boosters’ goal is to provide opportunities to earn credits towards your assessments. Beginning in 2026, the Band only supports venue staffing at Koka Booth Amphitheater.
It is important to us that the rate is worth your time. As such, we complete an annual review of funds raised in order to assign an appropriate hourly rate for your time.
As reference, for the 2025-2026 season, the Boosters set the rates for credits as follows:
Koka Booth is $17/hour for staff and $20/hour for leads, $20/$25 on holidays.
Coastal is $20/hour for staff and $25/hour for leads. (Starting in 2026, Cary Band is no longer staffing events at Coastal)
Holiday events are any shows that fall on the following days:
Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday
Christmas Eve (Dec 24) through New Year’s Day (Jan 1)
