CBB Volunteer Details

  • Uniform: Green band polo shirt, or other green shirt for non-band or new band members; Tan/khaki pants/shorts
  • Park in the staff/volunteer parking. Check-in at tent at entrance.
  • We are at the Crescent Cafe. Enter through the staff door by the women’s restroom.
  • Gates open about an hour before the event starts.
  • Leads report 60-45 minutes before public gates.
  • Staff report 30-20 minutes before public gates. 
  • Last call for beer/wine is 30 minutes before end of show.
  • All dismissed by 15-20 minutes after end of show

Koka Booth Volunteers Must Complete Alcohol Training

  1. Click on this link to go to the training
  2. Click “Register for Seller/Server Training Program”
  3. Choose “Search for a business that I represent…”
  4. Enter “Classic Sports Catering” and “Cary” for the city. Click Search.
  5. Click the middle option (8003 Regency Parkway)
  6. Enter your information (choose “Employee” for Position) and click “Register”
  7. This will take you back to the home page. Login with the email/password you just used
  8. Complete the course (it will take approximately 15 minutes). Either download and email the certificate to kokastaff@gmail.com or print it and bring it with you to Koka Booth when you work your next shift.
